Commercial terms for paid DeciRepo services.

Current Commercial Mode

DeciRepo currently operates in pilot-by-agreement mode. Public self-serve checkout is not enabled.

Request Pilot Review Scope

Billing

If paid services are enabled, invoices and charges are defined in the active order, proposal, or subscription terms.

Payment Processor

Online payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe. Card and payment data are processed under Stripe's security and compliance controls.

Refunds

Default Rule
No automatic refund unless explicitly stated in a written service agreement.
Service Failure
If a paid service is not delivered as contracted, support and remediation paths are provided first; refund decisions follow contractual terms.
