Service Scope

DeciRepo provides deterministic verification and protocol evidence interfaces. It does not provide legal advice, regulatory approval, or normative judgment.

Acceptable Use

Allowed

Verification, protocol research, and audit-oriented usage.

Forbidden

Abuse, denial-of-service attempts, unauthorized access, or manipulation of published artifacts.

Availability

Service availability is best-effort unless a separate written agreement defines SLA terms.

Intellectual Property

Repository licenses apply to public code and documents. Commercial DLX core remains private and is not licensed by public site access.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable law of Estonia, unless a separate written contract defines otherwise.
